We offer wieland zeno cad cam compatible zirconia discs. Our discs are also full compatible with other types of cad/cam milling machine such as Wieland Zeno, Roland, Origin, Yena, Imes-icore, Shera and VHF etc. High translucent and super translucent zirconia are available. Super translucent or prettau compatible zirconia are for full contour crown and bridges; light transmittance higher than 40%. High translucent zirconia are for common coping and bridge; light transmittance higher than 30%.

Features:

2. Available in a variety of thicknesses between 10 and 25 mm.
3. Shrinkage factor:Carefully determined and put on dics at each production batch.
4. First grade fine zirconia powder
5. Made under cold isostatic pressing and machine which gives a more uniform fit lifetime.
6. High translucency and high mechanical strength, reliable stability; Suitable for crowns & bridge, and anterior & posterior denture.


Firing Instruction Firing time:
12hr Total FIRING CHART :
RT to 300 degrees C 1hr
300 to 1000 degree C 1hr
1000 to 1450 degree C 3hr
1450-1530 degr Celcius holding time 2 hr
Natural cooling to 100 Degree C about 5 hours

HT-plus zirconia block gives 37% translucency in high strength for overlay coping, ST blocks zirconia block gives 41% translucency for full contour, Pre-shaded zirconia block in super translucent, 16 shades are available, UT block in 49%.
