Where We Ship To?

We can ship to the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, Netherlands and other Europe Countries.

All the products are shipped from China Warehouse. If you are not sure if we can ship to your country, please contact our customer service.



How much is the shipping?

We are providing free standard shipping for orders over £29,  If your order amount is less than £29, £7 delivery fee will be charged at the checkout. 

Additional charges such as import duties and taxes are not included in the price and may be charged by customs or the carrier.



Shipping Methods:

Our shipping methods include DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, FedEx, and China Post.

We use both international express shipping and standard shipping services.

 

Standard Shipping:

Items shipped via standard shipping usually take:

7–12 business days to the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, Netherlands.

10–20 business days to other countries;

Note: We will choose a shipping method based on the weight and size of the product, as well as delivery time and cost considerations. If you need an expedited shipping option, please contact us directly.



Steps of processing an order

Once order has been made from Dentaldeal it will take 1-3 business days to process.

Step 1: Order confirmed by our system (0-1 business day)

Step 2: Order packaged by our storehouse (0-1 business days)

Step 3: Package carried to Courier or Express Center (1 day)

Step 4: Order processed by post to your destination.



How to modify my personal information after ordering?

If you notice any inaccuracies in your personal information, please contact us as soon as possible. Normally, changes can only be made before the package is shipped.


 
How Can I Track My Order?

We send an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, just enter your tracking number on the order tracking page at the bottom of our website and you can check its progress by yourself.

Who is responsible for import VAT, duties, and taxes?

Import VAT, import duties, customs clearance fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.

These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Dentaldeal.co.uk does not include import VAT, import duties, customs clearance fees, or other local taxes in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated during checkout.

The amount of import VAT, duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees depends on the destination country’s customs policy, product type, declared order value, and local import rules.

For express shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, or other carriers, the carrier or local customs office may contact you if duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or additional clearance information are required before delivery.

Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier or customs authority. For more information about possible charges, customers may contact their local customs office before placing an order.

Who need an EORI and EIN?

If you are a company who imports goods into the European Union (EU), you must provide with an EORI number. This number is valid throughout the EU. It is used as a common reference number for interactions with the customs authorities in any Member States as the below.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

US businesses need to provide an EIN that is required by international carrier like Fedex.
