Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped.
- If the order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, please contact our customer service team after delivery, and the return policy below will apply.
30-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the products you received or no longer need them, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

3. Return for Exchange
When exchange is free:
If your product is damaged during delivery, we will exchange it free of charge and cover the reasonable return shipping cost if the item is sent back through ordinary airmail, EMS, or another shipping method confirmed by our customer service team.
Mis-ordered products:
If you ordered the wrong item and want to exchange it for the correct one, please contact our customer service team first. If the exchange is approved, you will need to pay the shipping cost of returning the item to us and the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you.
Physically damaged items:
