Warranty Policy

Pre-Shipment Quality Control Includes:

Confirmation that all required accessories and power adapters (matching regional standards) are included;

Final quality review and labeling by our quality control team with the inspection date (MM/DD/YY);

Important Notice:

Warranty does not cover issues arising from improper use, including but not limited to:

Incorrect electrical wiring or power input

Blocked or reduced airflow affecting equipment performance

Damage resulting from such misuse will be considered customer-induced. In such cases, repair costs and shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.

 

 

 Lost Products Policy

If your product appears to be delayed or lost during delivery, please contact our customer service team promptly. Do not attempt to resolve the issue independently—we’re here to assist and support you throughout the process.

We typically provide a tracking number and tracking link after shipping, so you can monitor your package’s progress.

If the courier confirms the package has been lost in transit, we will review the case and may arrange for a replacement shipment, depending on the outcome of the investigation.
