This kit contains instruments for removing fractured screws from implants. The system operates at 1,200 RPM without irrigation. It is designed to extract broken screws without repositioning the fixture. Most removals can be completed within 3 minutes. A hand ratchet can be used for stuck screws.

Components
Claw – A surgical tool that removes fractured screws. It is used with a conical, internal or external guide and rotated counterclockwise by hand. If the screw cannot be removed with the claw, use the reverse drill and screw remover.

Reverse Drill – Creates a pilot hole in the fractured screw surface for the screw remover. Use with a guide (conical/internal/external). Depth is adjustable from 1 mm to 3 mm via markings on the drill. M1.6 screws should be removed with the claw.

Screw Remover – Extracts the fractured screw after drilling. It is used at ≤80 RPM. Its tapered shape increases grip during rotation.

Shank Driver – Connects to the screw remover to allow manual or wrench‑driven rotation.

Guide & PG Hand Driver – Positions the reverse drill when the screw is fractured deep inside the fixture. The internal stop limits drilling depth to 2 mm.

Conical, Internal, External Guides – Used when the above guide is not applicable, or for fractures deeper than 2 mm. Select the guide that matches the fixture connection type.

SR Driver Holder – Attaches to the 3.5 mm double‑hex connection on the conical/internal/external guides.
