Universal Dental Fractured Implant Screw Retrieval and Removal Kit

 

 

This upgraded version of the implant Kit includes a 0.8 mm reverse drill and screw remover (for M1.4 and M1.6 screws). The kit is designed to remove fractured screws from various implant systems.

 

Features:

Operates at 1,200 RPM without irrigation.

Removes broken screws without repositioning the fixture.

Typical removal time under 3 minutes.

Stubborn screws can be removed with a hand ratchet.

Components & Specifications;


Claw:
Used with a guide (conical/internal/external) and rotated counterclockwise.

Claw Drill M1.6 – for M1.6 screws;

Claw Drill M1.8 – for M1.8 screws;

Claw Drill M2.0 – for M2.0 screws;

Reverse Drill:
Creates a pilot hole in the fractured screw for the screw remover. Markings allow depth adjustment (1–3 mm).

Reverse Drill φ0.8 – for M1.4 / M1.6 screws

Reverse Drill φ1.0 – for M1.8 screws

Reverse Drill φ1.2 – for M2.0 screws;

Screw Remover:
Tapered design; used at ≤80 RPM after drilling.

Screw Remover φ0.8 – for M1.4 / M1.6 screws;

Screw Remover φ1.0 – for M1.8 screws;

Screw Remover φ1.2 – for M2.0 screws;

Shank Driver
Connects to screw remover for manual or wrench‑driven rotation.

Guide & PG Hand Driver
Positions the reverse drill when the screw is fractured deep inside the fixture thread.
Internal stop limits drilling depth to 2 mm.
 

Conical, Internal & External Guides
Used when the above guide is not applicable, or if the fracture is deeper than 2 mm.
Select the guide that matches the fixture connection type.

SR Driver Holder
Attaches to the 3.5 mm double‑hex connection on conical/internal/external guides.
