This kit contains instruments intended for the removal of fractured implant screws.

Components

Claw – An instrument used for fractured screw removal. It is used with a conical, internal, or external guide and rotated counterclockwise by hand. A reverse drill and screw remover may be used when required.

Reverse Drill – Used to create a pilot hole in the surface of a fractured screw for use with the screw remover. It is used with a conical, internal, or external guide. Drilling depth can be adjusted from 1 mm to 3 mm using the depth markings. For M1.6 screws, use the claw.

Screw Remover – Used for fractured screw removal after pilot-hole preparation. Recommended operating speed: ≤80 RPM.

Shank Driver – Connects to the screw remover for manual or wrench-assisted rotation.

Guide & PG Hand Driver – Used to position the reverse drill when the fractured screw is located inside the fixture. The internal stop provides a drilling depth limit of 2 mm.

Conical, Internal, and External Guides – Used according to the fixture connection type and screw position. Select the guide that matches the applicable fixture connection.

SR Driver Holder – Connects to the 3.5 mm double-hex connection of the conical, internal, and external guides.
